Where We Ride is Bike Safe Streets' first regional campaign. We're beginning in Alberta by collecting real experiences and routes that show where cycling works well, where connections are missing and where practical improvements could make everyday trips safer.
Route submissions from elsewhere in Canada are also welcome and may help shape future regional campaigns.

What Happens to Your Feedback?
Findings may be shared with municipalities, transportation planners, elected officials, cycling organizations, community groups and the public.
Responses will primarily be analyzed in aggregate. Personal identifying information will not be publicly attached to submissions without permission.

About Bike Safe Streets
Bike Safe Streets was started by Keith, a Calgary resident and cyclist, as an independent community project.
The project brings together community experiences, route submissions and mobility data to better understand where active transportation works well and where safer or better-connected infrastructure may be needed.
The project began with a simple question: what if people could share their real routes and point out where cycling infrastructure works, where connections are missing and where a small improvement could make a trip safer?
Whether you cycle every day, occasionally or are simply interested in safer streets, your perspective is welcome.
Interested in Supporting Bike Safe Streets?
Bike Safe Streets welcomes cycling and active transportation organizations, community associations, researchers and municipalities interested in helping share the campaign, reach more communities or contribute expertise.
Organizations can help in different ways, including sharing the survey, promoting route submissions, contributing community knowledge, providing data or research support, contributing prizes or incentives, or helping connect the project with local communities.
